PPA Freeroll Question

On Stars they are running freeroll sats to the PPA $100,000 freeroll tourney tommorow.

By clicking register, the user agrees to be an introductory member of the PPA. What exactly does this mean? Will any bills or membership dues be sent to my house?

according to the PPA website the fee for an introductory member is $0. Register have some fun, I think this is PokerStars way of promoting PPA more.
