Running Coach

I'm pretty sure my form isn't that great for running, worth getting a running coach to help me on form? (for soccer)

anyone do this and have some experiences to share? not sure how to get one, i searched "running coach" online and didn't get too much, i might go to my high school and search out the track team coach and offer him some money to look at me run and tell me whats up.

Do you have a Velocity Sports Performance in your area? I used to work at one, and they do a great job with running form, speed, and agility. It's pretty cost effective as well. Almost everyone I worked with improved, and the program is basically the same nation-wide. Check it out: www.velocitysp.com

hey thanks schlucky, i actually do have one close by. it says "high intensity" work outs which i'm not really in a position to do right now. what sort of things do they do there? i'm looking to have someone help me with my running form which i'm told is poor. and i guess anything else to help.

they will do all that. why are you not in position to do high intensity? soccer is high intensity.

Why are you looking for a running coach when you have a bum ankle and can't run?

Yeah, the only way they will be able to help you is to watch you actually run.
