200 NL, flopped set oop on dry board

My image is 'lagtard of the century', I've been raising very light from any position and c-betting most of the flops, however I haven't had any embarassing showdown that I can remember. Villain is a regular on stars and seems pretty solid, I have him breakeven in the stats but seems improved lately.

Make it $120 and push any river (except a 6).

Do whatever looks most "bluffy." A smaller turn raise may convince villain that you're saving yourself money when your bluff doesn't work.
