Masking your IP Address

I live in the US and would like to make it appear that my internet traffic is originating from somehwere in europe, for reason that are probably obvious to everyone on this board. Ive looked into setting up a server in Europe to pass my traffic to, but its kind of a hassle and it would be a huge pain to fix if it ever went down. Are there any easier ways? Maybe some sort of software? Are there companies that offer this sort of service? Thanks.

Re: Masking your IP Address

1. Get dial-up service in London.
2. Get unlimited long distance service that includes the UK.
3. Call your London dial-up number long distance.
4. Login to Party.
5. Enjoy!

This is a good start. Any broadband solutions?
