i know its nitty but I fold here, all you beat is a bluff and ak/aq/kq of diamonds if he has not been known to call 3bets light. Readless and historyless I think you gotta be uber tight until you have more information.

Reasonable hands for him to do this with are JJ+, AKdd, AQdd against which you are worse than a 1:5 dog. For you to get the necessary 1:2 odds he must be bluffing extremely often. So I'd let this one go.

assuming he knows you arent retardly 3-betting an UTG raiser light from OOP, I think this is an easy fold.
