Is that Tank Wars? If it is, I have a floppy disk with it somewhere around here.

It's called scorched earth. I've actually tried that D/L before, and after I unzip it and start the program, it won't respond. Have you installed it and successfully played it from this DL?

The mspaint game is scorched earth afaik...tank wars was created a little earlier and inspired it
