Carpal Tunnel...wrist issues...anyone have this?
 

You guys use any special mouse pads or anything you could recommend? Anyone with issues from using the mouse for multiple hours?

I get a thick paperback book and wrest my wrist on it so my wrist angle is better. seems to help

they sell wrist supports to sit right in front of your mousepad. ive used one for about a year, and i love it.

make sure your elbow is above or at the same level as your wrist when using the mouse. Use a high chair or w/e.
