For the mspaints, please stick to the following rules:

1) MSPAINT only, no other programs are allowed.

2) FOUR PANELS MAX THIS TIME. There was some leeway in the first round, but anyone with more than FOUR PANELS will be disqualified, srs business this time. If you send me 6 panels, I will only put up the first four. No backsies.

How do you know if it is 1 panel or not? IF THE SCENE CHANGES IN ANY WAY IT IS A DIFFERENT PANEL. IF IT IS ONE SCENE IT IS ONE PANEL.

2) PLEASE PRODUCE YOUR MSPAINT IN ONE FILE THIS TIME (With up to 4 panels). It took me over 2 hours to make the last thread, so this would save me a lot of time if you could stick to one file for the 4 panels.

3) Please send two copies of your mspaint just in case links go down.

I've kept them a little shorter and more vague so you guys have more freedom to make some magic. For instance, the first one could be anything related to 2p2 and absolute, from the scandal break to Sklansky's, um, interesting recent threads.

Also as a twist, this time they are MEGA SUPER ANONYMOUS. You won't even know who you're up against until the votes are in.

If you cant beat penpal it doesnt matter where you match up as you wont win and you're just playing for 2nd/3rd/etc prize monies.
