Ok, this is a tough level to beat. He has an ace high flush so calling is not an option. Press diagonal down and right + square to throw your drink in his face. Circle, up forms a pouch with your shirt and down down back triangle scoops the chips into your shirt, then double tap square to overturn the table. Run for the exit and press left left circle to put a deek move on the guard.

Yes I agree with the above. Of course if you have the Card Reveal spell it becomes trivial.
