Villian is pretty weak-tight, but over-values most draws. Previous hand he said he had QQ when I laid down AJo pf. I assume this is a standard fold, but I suck and want other opinions.

I would fold. If you call, he's going to keep firing at you, if you push over, he'll most likely call. He's not someone you want to be fighting with. Just eat the little guys and avoid each other.

Fold. You are only way ahead of a bluff. Most draws are a coinflip since his overcards will be good as well.
