Moderator Time
 

Ok, I think this forum has grown to the point where it needs a moderator to organize and otherwise keep us informed. Can I get some support for this idea?

Also, who would want to do it?

While I'm at it, what do we think about renaming this forum to poker "law" as opposed to limiting it to legislation?

If you look at the bottom, you will see that Cola moderates this forum in his spare time. Start saying [censored] you more often and you'll see more moderation here [img]/images/graemlins/blush.gif[/img].

I don't know if much moderating needs to be done, but we are starting to approach a point when a sticky/fax could be considered. And I think that changing the forum to "law" would be a good idea.

I don't really see a need for much moderation on this forum.

I would rather see a separate forum for non-legislative issues such as taxes and other legal issues.

If this forum were really focused on legislative issues, we might have a better chance of having lobbyist, and elected officials reading it. As it is now, with all the variety, I doubt we'll get much attention.

If a separate forum were to be created, then the moderator of this forum could move any inappropriate posts to a different forum.
