villain here was unknown. After his turn bet I put him on 25% flush/75% air. Is leading the turn pretty dumb?

OK this happened to me like 3 straight times with KK. I raise PF, and a shortish stack pushes my flop bet. All 3 times I called and all 3 times they had some BS two pair. No way I can lay it down right? Villain was 29/2/1.5 after ~200 hands:

both hands were played fine and are standard IMO.... i do bet more on the flop though $5-6 is good just because of the drawheavyness(is that a word??)
