Is anyone interested in participating in an ESPN College Pick'em for POG this year? It could either be for money or free.

I've already created a private group called "POG Pick'em." The password is "lynchdurron."

no game between the two this year.

I'll go for a one month bet for overall ranking at the end of the bowl season this year though.

edit: we'll use the coaches poll and it'll be a push if neither team's in the top 25. (we could use the AP too if you want. no harris crap though)

For the record, my refusal is based on a risk-reward analysis. A 1% chance that I have to go with some crappy sooner avatar for a week is a risk I'm not willing to take even for the satisfaction of seeing clown with a Longhorn avatar for a week.

I would be in, but I know nothing about College Football, and nobody wants my avatar anyway.

If I did manage to win, I would make someone take my college team as an avatar, but I do not even know what the hell a Maroon looks like.

No extra points for guessing my school, but I believe it is the only school to have a team called the Maroons. Not to be confused with the Morans.

Metagame:
- I went with 3 away teams.
- I am least confident in Tennessee vs Cal but went with Cal
- I went with one team that I hate and this game was my second lowest confidence
- The confidence of the teams with the 3 worst records add up to 21
- The confidence of all teams with 10+ wins adds up to 24

There may or may not have been wrong statements in this list.

9 - Wisconsin over Washington State
8 - Missouri over Illinois
7 - Miami over Marshall
6 - Notre Dame over Georgia Tech (having second thoughts)
5 - Auburn over Kansas State
4 - California over Tennessee
3 - Georgia over Oklahoma State
2 - Colorado State over Colorado
1 - Arizona over BYU

Personally I'm very confident in UCLA, Wisconsin, Miami, and Auburn winning. Beyond that not so much.
