oh thats like when hes got that arab dude on his fighter jet in true lies and he does this manuever that gets him stuck onto the missile. so he goes 'youre luggage' and launches him.

oh yah and then theres this part in commando where hes holding this dude over a cliff with one hand and getting him to say all this stuff about where his daughter is and after hes all done the dude hes holding goes 'you promised you would kill me last' and arnold just lets him go and goes 'I LIED'

The guy he lied about killing last didn't tell him anything, Arnold used his detective powers to notice that the guy had a hotel key. He was just [censored] with him.

Also the guy on the missile was "You're fired."
Works on two levels imo.
