I searched Lingo & addrev but can find meanning of
"wet board"

One that has draws on it, usually a couple of different ones. eg: a flush draw and a straight draw

A draw heavy board, T[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 7[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 9[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] for example.

As opposed to a a dry board like 4[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 6[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]
