probably the viets as they as so small and lightweight they are the runaway best pound for pound. Though pound for pound references usually pertain to some physical endeavor which poker def is not.

i guess finland is up there with big names like patrik antonius, ilari sahamies (ziigmund), lars luzak, juha helppi, thomas wahlroos and many lesser known high stakes grinders.
