This is the limit forum.
Call the river.
The way he played it, I could definately see a set (although checking the flop is really bad on his end).
Too much money in the pot to fold top 2 on a relatively unasuming board.

Insanely easy fold preflop after a raise & reraise. Insanely easy call on the river with top two.

Some huge bets there, what are you putting him on with NO flush NO straight even possible?

Either has you crushed (set), tie, or total bluff, smells like JJ to me.
