HU Omaha Hi

I play .50/1 Omaha HU on full tilt. I had some questions like what hands should I be raising with? Should I be limping UTG often? What kind of hands should I call raises with? And how should I play the flop when I have nothing - should I be more aggressive cuz odds are my opponent doesn't as well?

Is the way you play HU omaha revolve partially on how you percieve the other opponent to play?

I suggest talking to scOOt nicely. He has lots of HU experience. My guess is the general response is that HU play is very player dependent.

The worse your opponent is postflop the more hands you should be trying to get into. When he is very passive and transparent postflop raising A LOT of hands is good and then betting almost all flops. Against batshit insane players who will stack off with any flush draw, you have to tighten up and raise/fold from button, call with good hands oop. Against solid analytical players you have to leave the table.

These should help with your development. I would also run a search "newer than 3 years" "older than 6 months"....there was quite a bit of hu hands analyzed where you can view some basic default plays (when u have no reads).
