Villain is 12/5/1 over about 500 hands. Flop AF is like 0.2 or something, I don't think I've ever seen him bet or raise the flop before, so I didn't really know what to make of this.

lol - nice move! With nothing invested in the pot, and considerably less than the nuts, I think you have to fold here against someone with these numbers.

You could possibly call if you had top set, but you'd probably regret it...

funny spot but easy fold when you really think about it.
The worst he could possibly have is like AJc, but that is a small part of his range, which otherwise consists of str8 and sets.
