help multitabling... i read the FAQ!!!

im having trouble playing more then 8sng at a time and currently i can only play sets... ive tried playing more and continuous but my play suffers... also...

HOW THE HELL do people play continuous sets of 10 or more... when i load up 8 tables im lucky to be in the money at 4 -5 of them and in that case the cards are going so fast that i findi it impossible that anyone can play heads up more then 4-5 tables???

i understand the decisions are instantaneous but i type in bets and sometimes ill wait to see the result of a shove and time out at anohter table ect...

i have plenty or wallpaper realestate but i dont feel confortable doing the cascade setup...

adivce?

this is a huge problem

also just play 5 until you are really comfortable then play 6 until you are really comfortable then 7 etc.

If you were learning to juggle, would you start with 5 chainsaws or 3 beanbags? Just push yourself to the point where you feel taxed but not overwhelmed.

So I'm telling you I think the next step is to play 9 or at most 10. Add one chainsaw at a time. Also, you may not be able to add any more without your breaking your brain. Accept that you might not be raptor+spacegravy.

Why should you play bad poker @ 12 tabling? Play good poker at better ROI and higher limits but lower table count. You learn much more and that will make the profit at the long run.

I'm so glad that my comp cant run more than 5 tables at ongame

add 1 table at a time... play shorter continuous sessions and then keep adding like 20 minutes or something. Over the summer, I got from doing 4 table sets to 4 hour 12 tabling sessions...

Only add more and play continuously when you're comfortable and have stamina.

Alot of the big 20+ tablers have experience in starcraft/warcraft in lots of fast decisions and lots of clicking. So if you havent played either of those games, it might be a bit tuffer to the average person.

I was a warcraft 3 player myself.

I find it easier to 18-25 table when I don't move my tables around and just ignore the outcomes of the decisions I make. Basically I only see 4 tables at at a time and make a decision on each hand and move on, within seconds.

When I feel like seeing the outcomes of the hands, I'll move the tables around, or cascade them, and then I have to play 16 tables, at most.

Warcraft 3 also helped, lol...but I think it's just experience...
