A common situation

Here's a spot I find myself in quite a bit:

Hero is BB with T7s.

TAGish (22/15/1.5 type stats, but no real reads) HJ opens.
LP calls on the button.
Hero calls.

The flop comes K73r.

Hero checks, TAG bets, LP folds, Hero??

If Hero check raises, TAG 3-bets, Hero calls and the turn blanks what's Hero's move?

I think this spot is more tricky against TAGs. LAGTAGs can get out of line here and I might even take a more passive approach, whereas overly tight players and loose passive players will play their own hands most of the time.

He is not calling you down with Ax if you c/r right?

If so I just c/c c/c and decide whether to donk, c/c or even c/f the river based on the cards and on his river tendencies.

If he will check behind turn with Ax I donk the turn.
