Chamillionaire - Void In my Life

Anyone who is a fan of real hip hop and not that commerical p.diddy (etc) crap needs to download this song... There is a story in it, the beat is sick and so is the hook... it was off of his First Major Release back in 05 - Sound Of Revenge ... I was feeling down tonight and Just listened to it for the first time in a while and it got my mind off of things... Now im not the biggest fan of him... I tend to like his songs that don't get put into singles on tv (IMO those are usually an artists best songs on their CD's) but they just are not commercial enough for airwaves but anyways just download the song and post your thoughts of it after u listen to it ...

Yes his singles are obviously and thats why they are "singles" to get the masses to purchase the cd... like i said... and I also said that any artists best songs are the ones not put out as singles because the subject matter/lyrical content are too raw.

So i mean if u clowns don't wanna listen to a really good song then don't... but then don't post in this thread as the subject of it was to post your thoughts about the song not arguing about someones image.

A religion is what you missing, someone tell me how can it
Make people panic, mention God and all the weak people vanish
Take God your woman and your family, even your own life for granted
Until you slanted on the planet, with your face in the granite
And I won't have it, I don't wanna see my coaching divided
So I decided to remind it, there's a choice and provide it
So put your ego to the side, soon as you standing beside it
Raise your right hand, and let the spirit know it's invited

Don't need to fight it, I just wanna make it right 'fore
they bury me
Cause the truth is like therapy, plus my conscience is tearing me

Thank my family especially, in my mind like telepathy
Staying humble's the recipe, keep my faith and he blessing me

Waaay too raw for rap radio dawg.

I really liked Chamillionaire at first but then the more as I listened to him I noticed that all of his songs pretty much the same. He's good but ultimately won't stand the test of time or relistenability.

As i Stated before ..... songs that dont make at as singles are done for a reason and it wouldnt sell records because the demographics of people BUYING new cd's at music stores are 75 percent female... why do you think so many rappers are comming out with singles that include rnb singers on them.... stop bein so ignorant and just enjoy a good song dammit.
