Rutgers has a very good offense which averages 30.6 points per outing but their defense allows an alarming 26 points on the road. Army doesn't have the best offense around but they do average a reliable 23.7 points at home. Their defense, on the other hand, has surrendered an average of 37 points in their last three games. Given the lopsided data listed, it is no wonder that over 80% of the early bettors prefer the OVER (48).
