1. Why does Dementia not have a single *?

2. Why is this post, which is expressly advocating and asking for advice about obviously illegal activity, still unlocked:

I try using the notify mods button about obviously objectionable posts to keep things a little more private, but I think this post is over the line, and should be dealt with appropriately. I don't even mind the posts about drug use, but talking about distribution IMHO should be censored here.

There's nothing against the rules will giving him ** right now not for any specific posts, but just for being a general dick. Then you really don't need much excuse to finish him off.
