What percentage of online players win in the long run?

I've played 200k hands now since I started, and against 9,989 different players. 41,52% of them are up, based on hands I have tracked. This is close to meaningless I guess, but got me thinking. I reckon it's maybe 35%-ish that can expect to win long term?

According to sharkscope, 1/3 of SNG players are winners.

Talking long term I think this # is to high. I would put it at no more then 15-20% and I have heard as low as 9-11%. A lot of those winners you are tracking could be over a dozen or 2 hands.

50% of cash game players are losing players in SNGs.
99,9% of SNG players are losing cash game players.

Someone did mentiom 10% a while back (quoting from a newspaper I think) but I just can't believe that. Maybe it is under 20% though.

Anyho, in the long run only .019% of American players will win money online. Less for Eurosmegmas. Sorry.

I'd say 8-10% are +, maybe 3-4% up a fair amount excluding bonus/rb(most winners are still barely above breakeven)

with bonus rb, 13-15% or so would be my guess
