This is approx my first tournament with a buy-in over $100, as I'm mainly a limit cash player. However it is NOT scared money as $100 is peanuts at my regular limits. It is a new enviromnent and I have no idea what the minraise at the river means.

I suspect that my plays on all streets are questionable / bad.

Why didn't you raise the flop?

Well I figured I was way ahead, but yeah I see that leading the flop is a good play, because he's not going anywhere with a good ace. Is calling the river fine or should i pump it?

I don't mind check-raising the flop since the ace is out there. But leading is also fine.

This is far from a dry board - lead flop or c/r.

c/r > lead >> c/c

once you c-c the flop (mistake) you should bet 2/3 pot on the turn so as to not give a free spade... also he may get somewhat frisky with axks or axqs

Leading the flop is superior to a check-raise. You are playing to stack someone, not to get one bet when nobody hit this board.

I lead the flop for 190, nobody is ever folding an ace or spades and early in a tournament there are many people who think that AQ=nuts that need to be protected on a drawy board.

Pot every street until you face resistance (even if a spade falls on the turn). If you are raised you should reevaluate and figure out if check-raising the next street or if 3betting is the best way to get the money in.

As played definitely call the river. The minraise looks like a flush or a bluff, I just don't see AK as a big enough part of his minraise-call range.
