It was on the Poker After Dark Ladies Night episode - in the table talk she admitted to taking a pot at another game when she knew the deck was fouled.

I think the real answer is because she thought since she was the host she was automaticlly entered in the invite, like when you win a satellite, but after the event had start FTP informed her she had to register, and she didnt, just miscommunication, and she sounds like an idiot.
