I wasn't a big fan of Rainkhans push btw. Anyone else fold it there or is it just me and (apparently) sheets?

I definitely gave a big WTF when he flipped over his hand.

tbh, I thought the Russian was really weak based on his posture/body language. Not that it's hugely important with 33, but if you can rule out TT-AA/AK, it makes the call look a little better.

I could hardly see anything it was so dark. This could play in but 44-88ish hands could still be in his range there.

Wow Mike you have a pretty pointy head to break your keyboard like that...

[/ QUOTE ]

I think it would be more like a "thick head" ... both literally and figuratively.

I'm going to miss the old gal. She really endured some serious punishment over a period that lasted much, much, much longer than I would have expected.

There was something about bashing the base of my fist against the number pad side that was reaalllly theraputic. She finally gave up the fight and [censored] the bed after her usual punishment was administered, only the "5" and "6" key worked...absolutely everything else on the entire keyboard was dead. So I put her out of her [censored] misery.

This one got The Who treatment. Next one you gotta give some Jimi Hendrix love.

I just read in the book forum that Mason had received the first printing of Collin Moshmans's SnG book yesterday and they would start shipping them today.

I know there has been some amount of skepticism on this forum about Collin's qualifications to write this book, but in any case it's sure to energize discussion in the forum.

Congratulations Collin - it's a big accomplishment to have a book published by 2+2.

"some amount of skepticism" seems to be an understatement.

If he would have just been honest about what his screennames are I think he would have been more accepted here. Its just pretty sketchy that this guy is a sng guru that no ones even heard of.

While I tend to agree that by not releasing his screen names he is essentially asking people to purchase a book authored by “anonymous,” the bottom line is he had the impetus to get this work done and accepted for publication by 2+2. I’m not willing to criticize the material before I see it. Personally, I hope the material is good because he seems like a very nice guy. If the material sucks, I’m sure we won’t be shy with our opinions.

Ryan,

I have been thinking alot about RainKhan's Push. At the moment it happened, I liked it. I have been reading others opinion and have been swayed a bit. I think at the end of the day the pair is just too low. BUT, I would have pushed 77 and up. I really think that it is that close. This has certainly been a hand that has been discussed alot.

His blog is really good. I know I'm pimping it again, but it is really good.
Lacky,
I thought he has 33 in one hand and a FD in the other. I suck at hand reading.
