nl200 nothing vs. good 2+2er

villlain is good 2+2 guy who 3bets me lot. we have some history and i know hes capable of making nice moves and to float me.
i got him at 22/19/6 over 800 hands.

MP ($199.90)
Button ($72.00)
Hero ($234.90)
BB ($205.00)
UTG ($198.00)

Preflop: Hero is SB with A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img].
2 folds, Button calls $2, Hero raises to $13, BB calls $11, Button folds.

Flop: ($28) 8[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 9[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 2[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 players)
Hero bets $17, BB calls $17.

Turn: ($62) 9[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 players)
Hero checks, BB bets $45, Hero folds.

i am pretty sure he doesnt have much here and i am sure i also have an out.

so how can i take this pot away from him?? or should i let this one go and take a better spot?

Final Pot: $107

which 2p2er ? Makes a huge difference(if you don't want to say fair enough, but some people like to float, others don't, others play straight forward in position, others not, you get it). I'll be honest, I'm pretty sure he has nada here. I think I c/r AI all day

this kind of board is perfect for double barreling, though the 9 on the turn was pretty bad for that.

EDIT: perfect against this type of player

If he has nothing, why do you need to take the pot away?

Without reading the other posts, I think he's betting you because your line doesn't show much strength. You reraised preflop so probably AK/AQ, and a ton of pocket pairs, unless you have a history of 3betting him light which would be much sicker in this situation. You make a standard cbet of almost half pot (slightly weak) and you check to him on turn. So possibly one card draw, probably not overpair because overpair wouldn't give flush a free card here. A strong hand here doesn't check turn imo, unless its a set or ace high flush waiting for your opponent to spot weakness and CRAI. So honestly the only thing you could do is to CRAI this turn. Personally, I bet flop, give up turn lol.

With the big raise and the stacks I doubt he ever has a 9 unless he has quads. I don't think he's on some type of a draw nor do I think he has a set, because I'm sure he raises this flop. So I'm pretty sure his range here is TT/JJ. Do you think he mucks those hands to a turn bet? If not giving up is the best option because if you don't think he'll fold those hands to a bet then he's probably only slightly less likely to fold them to a turn CRAI.

doulbe barrel would be bad. I could c 2p2er have flopped flush or have 9 or set ez here. Good job jus giving up the pot- two barrelnig on this board after flatcall on flop by opponent in position thats a good 2p2er = DISASTER.
