Donked-out or out-played?

1/2 NL full ring live game I played in on Sat. 3rd hand in and this happens.

Im in the CO with JTo. Three limpers in front. I've played in this game many times and, knowing it's limp-heavy, I raise to 15. Unfamiliar villain in MP calls. Everyone else folds.

Im sitting with 200. Villian has about 700.

Flop comes J 6 7 rainbow. He checks. I bet 20. He thinks for about 20 sec and raises to 45. I'm pretty sure he thinks im only abusing position, so I re-raise to 75. He thinks for about 3 sec and calls.

Turns brings K and a second club. He bets 75. I call.

River brings 5c. He instashoves. I think for about 30 sec, fold, after which he shows Ad5d. He told me he knew I didnt have anything and that, at any rate, shoving the river was his only play.

I felt like the rr after the flop should have shut him out. Still, I feel like I invited this by only calling on the turn.

How would you have played this?

I don't think ur hand is strong enough to 3-bet the flop (anyway ur 3-bet size is too small to make him fold anything but bluffs). I might call a turnbet from him, and certainly would fold to a big riverbet.

3bet shove flop or fold. As played, call river and feel foolish for how you played the hand until villain flips A5, then throw the cards at his face and scream OHHH YEAHHH GOTCHA.
