I think you should have folded to the 3-bet, which shows enormous strength. I don't see you being in front here very often - this looks like AK, QQ+.

i disagree w levaa he hasn't raised enough for me to not take a flop i have to defend my raises to some extent. but i do see levs point. im definitely calling the shove

fold pre everytime. He is not 3-betting with AJ ever, you don't really beat anything in his range, and at best you are flipping. I don't really know what kind of range to give him, but i would say you have about 35% equity at best.

I don't think it's an easy fold and I don't always fold AQo to a 3bet, but I usually do and here I would because you have raised a healthy amount, defining your hand, and he has still reraised you.

1st mistake: raising 6xBB PF
2nd mistake: calling a 20xBB 3-bet OOP with AQo against a villain who put in over 30% of his stack (I would put him on AK,TT+)

Once you see the flop, you have to call the shove with top 2 pair.
