<font color="#CC3333">UTG raises to t3950</font>, <font color="#666666">3 folds</font>, Hero?

UTG has been fairly active, more so in late pos but he's opened a few hands up front as well. We're already ITM but the table is tighter and it's conceivable he's taking advantage. Guy obv gets it and is likely a winning player (haven't sharkscoped yet, just a hunch from his play).

Jam and not think twice?

With only 11 BBs I don't see any other option besides shoving.

Based on your read...it's close. I'm not folding AQo very often with ~10BBs...but this may be one of theose spots. UTG shouldn't be raising light here, esp if he's been able to steal a lot from LP.

Based on your read that villain has been fairly active I have to believe we are ahead of his range which makes for a push imo..

If he's been active with little opposition, he may begin opening lighter. Regardless of whether or not that was the case, I probably shove here. I'm a little curious to know how many players were remaining.
Anyhow, If you feel as though the blinds will give up easily when you're in LP, maybe fold and collect chips that way, but personally I think you have some fold equity (maybe not a ton, but enough to take it into account) and a strong hand.

equity win tie pots won pots tied
Hand 0: 45.031% 38.21% 06.82% 49071408 8759079.50 { AhQd }
Hand 1: 54.969% 48.15% 06.82% 61833233 8759079.50 { 88+, ATs+, KQs, AJo+ }

Against a range of 88+, ATs+, KQs, AJo+, you're ~%45 and you're getting a good price for a race.
Shove, scoop, win.

You could always 3bet to ~8k and shove flop.

What do we achieve by that?

If we raise to 8k and he calls (which he will not do many times - either he folds or pushes) it's most standard for him to push any flop being first to act - so this is just FPS for me.

With 11BB this is a hand you have to shove, while I really don't like it against an UTG raise. If he has been active you can hope he has AT and AJ in his range, while i don't think we will see AT here often.
