Should I get an ultra cheap 18\" monitor?
 

I can get an 18" monitor for 50 bucks. Is it worth it? I am trying to multitable on my 17" laptop and it sucks big time. My resolution is 1440x900, and I assume this monitor will be 1280x1024. Will this help or just be more of a burden? I would set it up beside my laptop and use both screens.

I think it would help, don't see why you think it would be "more of a burden."

i once had an idea of getting a series of very cheap 15" monitors (800x600 resolution) and then putting one table per monitor. i think that would've been cool.

There was a lol photo of someone who 10-tabled fullscreen on 10 monitors in IG a few years ago.. can't find the link [img]/images/graemlins/frown.gif[/img]
