Can you 3bet this sometimes? Is this a suck in bet? What kind of three betting range do you think would be good here? What kind of hands would you call with and see a flop since I'll have the button?

Make a note and fold. Punish him if he does it too often

If he does this more than once I'll smooth call him with any two and raise what ever flop bet he sticks out there.

This is player dependant. What is his ATTACK to BLIND: %? If its high, lets say 30+, then fight back (any2). If its low, less than 10, I would fold.
