Assuming villain is no reg, you can safely shove and get called by any J, any draw.
You could also 3 bet to like 333 to induce a semibluffshove but I don't remember people folding a lot at the 6.5s, so I'd usually just get it in featuring TPTK.

seems like a shove is a bit too much, I would be raising it to like 500ish and calling shoves.

Just raise. Anyone who wants to get it in with you will likely shove. If they just call, shove turn.

Raising is standard, but I honestly don't think it makes a big difference.
If they want to get it in, they get it in, no matter your line in a 6.50.
Just shoving saved me a click and thus favorable lifetime.
