live £1/£2 PL QQ against strong river bet

I have been sitting at this table for about 20 hours. Villain likewise. I have position on the villain. He has been playing extremely aggressive and isn't scared to stick it in. He is a very good LAG but is getting tired. I have equally been playing very aggressive and re raised him a fair few times PF. He layed down AA hand prvious and seems a bit annoyed about it as it was wrong laydown. (he would have been sucked out against on the river). He has made a few hero bluffs on the river and shown. Apart from an earlier hand 12 hours previously we haven't really clashed, (he checked called me with 2 pair when i have nothing) giving each other a lot of respect.

I am sitting down with £1000 ($2000) and he covers. I have QQ UTG+2 2 limpers and he raises to £11 ($22) i make it £30 villain and a very losse passive player calls. Flop is 4 T 8 with 2 hearts. He bets out £50, I make it £150 he calls other player folds. turn is 9h he checks i make it £150 he calls. River is 2c and after what seems like an eternity he fires out £501. what do I do.....??

Do you have QQ with a heart? I'd check behind on this turn TBH. And I also don't like your turn betsize... it's same as the raisesize on flop. As played I would fold lean towards a river fold. If he gives you lots of respect, I don't see what you beat on the river. He woulda already folded JJ by now, so basically what you're looking at is a busted striaght draw or something or you're up against straight, flush, or set.
