I'm in for tier 2. I haven't played these for awhile so let me just get the rules straight:

1) Fold equity = 0
2) If you want fewer than 5 callers, raise > 10bbs
3) Secure monitor and keyboard to desk to avoid 'accidents'
4) keep vodka bottle within reach.

Sound about right?
