Bodog rakeback

I was told I couldnt get rakeback because I had a friend refer me to the site...
Is there any way to bypass this for an existing account?

If you were referred by a friend there is pretty much no chance for you to get switch.

If you had a clean affiliate, you would just contact your affiliate and get a switch done.
