Party cashout and structuring

I recently requested a cashout from party in the amount of $6800. They processed the cashout as follows: 2 separate $3K transactions and a third $800 transaction. Is this standard? Is Party structuring my cashout so as to evade the requirements of the Bank Serecy Act? I would have rather had a single transaction.

With your cashout method party can probably only do single cashout transactions up to $3,000. If you cash out $6,8000 then they have to break it up into 3 separate cashouts to avoid exceeding this limit.

Everything over 2500 gets broken up for me. I use Neteller.

3k, 3k, and 800 sounds a little wierd. i've had withdrawls broken up before but not in units of 3k. but it does seem to be standard practice and 3k blocks of cash was about what party does to me
