Full time next week. What times during day/night to play?

Hi,
I am hoping to start grinding as much as I possibly can next week, for about a month. I will be playing on the ongame network (multitabling full ring 0.5/1 and 1/2NLH) and was wondering what difference it makes regarding playing hours. I am in the UK (GMT)- in peoples opinion would it be worth trying to play through the night and sleeping all day, seeing as I have nothing else to do. I have often heard that games at night are so soft compared to afternoon games though because im usually busy I havent played much through the night. Is it really worth changing my sleeping patterns to get softer games, assuming I can keep my concentration during the early hours, or should I not bother?

when i am not sleeping is when i play poker

I find this works best as you don't time out as often.

best hours will be during US daytime hours, so for you I would guess 7PM until about 5AM. other times will have less players on in general, and less fish total as a result.

I could be wrong but since ongame banned USA i dont think this is correct.
