A little background. I starting playing NL 12 months ago after 2 years of Limit. It has been a profitable year to the tune of about $40,000. I am confident in my game to beat NL100. I haven't beaten NL200 over a significant sample yet.

Things have been going so badly lately that I have decided to make some changes. I am dropping to NL 50, once I plug a few leaks I will start moving up again. I play in sessions no longer than 1.5hrs then review my play for a min 1/2 hr. That includes posting hands on here.

For Hand 3, I would bet the flop or check/call. Probably bet flop.
