poker tracker not importing all hands
 

Not sure if this place is the right place to ask, if not, I'll ask on the pokertracker forum.

The problem is pokertracker isn't logging 100% of my hands. I'm reviewing a session and every 10 or so hands 4 hands are missing. Typically its the ones I've won big on, and for some reason this dents my ego as my win rate is shown in the red, when it is in the green.

Anyone have this problem or know why I am having it?

For all those that care I figured out the problem.

I play on fulltilt, whenever someone is disconnected or 'requests time' the converter does not understand the action and logs it as an error. I've gone through my hand histories and deleted these manually, but it is a hassle. Any ideas how I can put this right without going through each history myself?

I also play on Full tilt and am having the same prob.
