Jacobs Field in Clevland

Being as the Yankees are most likely playing the Indians in the first round its time to sell my angels tickets and get some for Clevland.
How close to the airport is the field?
Is there public transportation or will we be cabbing it?
Im not sure if Ill go to both games or just one game (depends if my brother can get off work) but just incase what else is there for 2 guys to do (25 and 27) in the area?
Thanks

The Airport is about 25-40 minutes from Jacobs Field, depending on traffic. Don't cab it.

From inside the airport, there is a rapid transit train (entrance is near baggage claim) to Tower City/Downtown. I think the cost 1 way is less than $2.00. From tower city, there is a covered walkway to Jacobs Field. Don't take the rapid transit past Tower City, or you'll end up in the hood.

Jacobs Field is surrounded by a bunch of sports bars called the Gateway District, and they're usually packed after the games. Five minutes away is the Warehouse District - there are about 10-15 nightclubs, most with no cover, that are usually packed on weekends. Go down the hill to The Flats for Strip Clubs (Christies, Diamonds, and Hustler Club are there.) For it's size, Cleveland has more bars than most large cities, so If you like to drink, there's plenty to do.

Also, the Rock n Roll Hall of Fame is pretty well done. If you feel like a non-drinking tourist-activity during the day-time then it's worth checking out imo.

I only spent a 2 or 3 hours there when passing through and wished I had more time.

does the rock and roll hall of fame have to be a non-drinking activity? Would 'road sodas' be tolerated?
