Considering putting some money into www.prosper.com for a decent return. Anyone have good experiences with this site as an investor?

That sounds like a great business idea. Let's make unsecured loans to people who probably won't pay us back.

People have A tier credit for a reason. Id say 75% of the A-tier credit loans get paid back with no problems. Probably more than than.
Many people with great credit cant get conventional loans...small buisnesses come to mind.

BTW you can still file it on your taxes if they dont pay, as a loss....I dont have specifics on this though.
