Task ONE
I have posted the 14 members of your team with 15 Simpsons characters. 14 of those are the ones for each of you. The 15th is an extra I threw in. Your task is simply to tell me which character is the extra. You may discuss in this thread all you want until Monday and must make a team decision by Monday 1pm as to your answer. You are now allowed to say which character you were assigned to in my pm to you.

we should make a random order for people to reveal in. This can seriously hamper the efforts of the mole

then ppl will wonder if the mole made the list

how about 2 ppl create a random list. then we avg out ppls positions between the 2 lists to generate the final reveal order

strategy, reveal, as if the mole fakes, and we get it wrong, the mole will be revealed. thus the mole can't fake.
