Best Card Room in Chicagoland Area?

Obviously there are a number of casinos all over the Chicagoland area. I just turned 21 though, and don't really know which ones have poker rooms, and of those, which ones have good poker rooms. If anyone has been around the scene in that area a little, could you let me know what you've found?

By the way, Chicagoland area can include anywhere within a couple hours of the city. Joliet, Elgin, etc. Thanks.

there are not a whole lot of options in my opinion. hollywood casino in aurora, is (i think) the only live room going in illinois. 5/10 and 10/20 LHE are the regular games going. 20/40 LHE goes on monday, tuesday, and thursday at 12:30 p.m. and they usually have a list of regulars. you also have resorts and majestic in gary, in, where both spread various limits of NL and LHE. the NL games charge time rake of $7 per down.(last time i went) the times i have gone to the indiana casinos the play has been pretty loose and wild. i played at hollywood today and made $190 on the 10/20 game in about a half hour.

Holliwood casino has a nice card room but the rake is huge.
10% up to $6.
Majestic and Resorts go up to $5 rake, but are very far.
Does anyone know something else around?

lower rake compared to what Im reading here though. 10% with a 4 dollar cap. (even in NL for now)

actually if you are exactly 90 minutes away, and you call sometime after you leave you probally wont have that bad of a time if you are just looking to just play cards and are not worryed about a lot of the other stuff (no drinking, ambience, etc...)

Also if you live in the northern part of chicago it's probally way quicker than going to Aurora or Indiana because you dont have to drive thru Chicago.

Has anyone played at Blue Chip? Past threads and Poker Wiki either don't mention them or say that they haven't opened their room yet. But the above link shows that they're spreading games.
