bet like 22-23, not 19.. Just bet most of these flops the same. its so lame to bet more with AA here and less with this kinda hand.

btw whats next, 'i have aces preflop and i need a plan'?

The flop bet is fine. We don't mind if someone float because we're planning to bet the turn (we actually like someone floating). And we also love someone bluff-raising because we're pushing.

ya, 46ish sounds good, and call the push. He has a mid pocket pair here, or like 87, 56, 79 type hands here almost always so a second barrel should get him to fold most of these. IF he calls again just hit your outs. Also bet any heart or Q river.
