ANTE GAMES

I would also like Half PLO/half NLHE games; but I'm just about the only person who plays them regularly on FTP...

So the way I'm seeing it, we should talk to Daniel about 10/20 and 25/50 heads up first, ante games second, and deeper tables at lower stakes than 25/50 third.

That seem good?

Clayton, I think you should take the most useful thing for a lot of people and talk to DN about it. As I see it, most useful stuff is

1. Increase the min-buyin to at least 40BB
2. Not allow rat holers to come back to the table with smaller stack with in 6 hours.

The high stakes HU tables will benefit very small portion of the crowd here, but almost every one here would agree that above two are very useful.

i think we should first push to increase the time limit between coming back with less. i mean, they have the rule that you can't come back with less, so they want to enforce it, so why have it be such a short time that it's meaningless? make it 12 hours.

this seems a lot more likely (though i guess less of a help) than making the minimum 40bb since it just enforces a rule they already have.

it makes people play better, generally. this was certainly true on UB back in the day.

I think Bodog has a nice compromise on that. There's a bet pot button; it just doesn't work right.

Hi Clayton,

Please do not waste this valuable oppurtunity persuading Stars to implement that which is already available via scripts.. which is a surprisingly large number of the suggestions here

If need be I'll quote feature requests / link to scripts that do them - but I don't have time right now.

Please focus on things we can't do for ourselves already - #1 vote for me is an ability to filter stakes in the lobby, but deep tables all the way down to uNL would be great too. EDIT: increase on ratholer-timeout (e.g. 6 hours) would be fantastic!

Many thanks,

dave.

Ok, for the lazy bums, here are the links to the scripts that do pretty much every thing people wanted.

Pokerpad - You can do every thing that you do with mouse using keyboard by running this script. It's invaluable for the heavy multi-tablers. Bet pot, 1/2 pot, 1/3 pot whatever you want is there. Another cool feature is, sit out on all tables with a single key board strike.

Stars auto-loader, automatic topping off to 100bbs or whatever you want.

Asking Stars to implement these is just not necessary. Please focus on the other issues.
