Commerce attempts 6/12 revival

While playing 4/8 yesterday, I hear the announcement, "Will the 6/12 players on table XX return to your table? Your table is short and out of action!" 6/12??!!! YES!!!

There was all of one table going. It did break, but the floorman stated that they are going to try to regularly open more 6/12 games. These will be at the 9/18 board.

In another update, earlier this year Commerce jackpots were seeded at a minimum of $10k for games of 3/6 and up. Well, a few months ago, they notched it back to $8k. And yesterday I saw it was notched back to $6k. Bastards.

As a BBV footnote, I got a table share at Hawaiian Gardens in a quads over quads jackpot last weekend with the RED LIGHT on. $100k JP. Quad 3's beat by quad A's! The "beaten" young Filipina was dancin' on her chair. That'll help my deflated BR! Time for some shots at higher limits.

The jackpot for the 6/12 game starts at either 10k or 12k. Almost makes it worthwhile to play the game. I think it would be much jucier if they played it whith blue chips like they do at the bike.

What was your share of the 100k jackpot?

3333 = 60k
AAAA = 20k
6 players divided 20k = 3.33333333333333333333333k each

I didn't realize they stopped running that game. Made room for NL tables, I'm guessing. What they need is a kill game. Based on the gamboolers at these limits, I've always wondered why they don't spread any.

What? At both Commerce and the Bike, the 6/12 games are played with the green $2 chips. At least, that was the case before -- I haven't played 6/12 at the Bike in a couple years but I can't imagine that they use $1 chips for it now.

I got it, I play 10a-12n mon-fri before I go to work in Long Beach, I mostly play $4-$8, I only play $8-$16 when I have time on weekends, that's when the fish are in.
