This is a fairly common side effect of SSRI's. Have you tried Wellbutrin yet? It can have the opposite effect for some people.

No but I might try the switch. My girlfriend has been really pissed at me recently because she swears that I'm not attracted to her anymore since I can't stay completely hard during sex. Any kind of quick remedy like a dick ring, or an otc medication that can at least alleviate my sexual problems for a bit?

You really need ideas here? I've seen about a zillion commercials for various erection products on TV. I have the Viva Viagra song going through my head right now.
You can experiment on your own and just try them all in alphabetical order or something or you can ask your doctor about it...or have him adjust your anti-depressant medication.
